At ShopWSS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your athletic gear. If your new sneakers or apparel don't meet your expectations, you can return them in their original, unworn condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoeboxes are protected inside a shipping carton.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned sports gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
